Service Description

Class offered once a month for people of all abilities at the L'Arche Tahoma Hope Welcome Center. We use chairs with some standing movement as options. Sequence is gentle and designed to engage mind and body. Art activities are also often available before and after yoga movement. Chairs and mats provided.
